All products sold by Auttermall come with at least a 12 month Faulty Workmanship Manufacturers Warranty.
This warranty is given by the manufacturer/ distributor of the product not Auttermall .
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse & neglect.
If you have a warranty claim please email us to arrange to have a courier to come pick the item/s up from you. Please include a copy of your original receipt from Auttermall
(Auttermall does not accept warranty claims returned that have been purchased elsewhere) your Name, Address, Phone Number & Email along with a detailed note explaining the reason for your warranty claim.
Auttermall will then pass your claim/s onto the manufacturer/ Distributor of the product and will await their decision if it is deemed to be a warranty issue or not, this can take up to 20 working days. * Can be sent back to the supplier for a faster return at an extra cost.
If the product/s submitted for warranty claim are not deemed to be a warranty issue the customer will be responsible for all return Postage and Handling charges both ways.
If the product/s submitted for warranty claim are deemed to be a warranty issue then auttermall will return the product/s to the customer free of Postage and Handling Charges.
The Customer is responsible for any postage and handling charges incurred sending the original warranty claim to Auttermall . Auttermall does not take any responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged in transit on its journey to us. Auttermall recommends using a postal service with a tracking service.
